Our program is the most effective way to increase strength, which will have the greatest impact on your overall interaction with your daily environment. Every aspect of your physical existence will get better. If you run, ride a bike, play golf, work a physical job, sit at a desk, train CrossFit, or participate in sports, we guarantee you will improve! Strength will be the most important factor in staying self sufficient as you age.


If you have struggled with long-term injuries or need rehab, let us help you get on track to better function! We use programmed barbell exercises that create the optimal stress, recovery, adaptation model over time to give you maximum results.

Our coaches possesses extensive experience in assisting individuals of various backgrounds, including those with injuries and diverse life situations. Your coach will customize the program to suit your specific needs weather you a re a teen or senior or somewhere in between.


Although the Kinetic Strength Program is straightforward, each person faces unique obstacles. Collaborating with a seasoned coach will eliminate any uncertainty in your training regimen.

Welcome to our intro to barbell private classes! Whether you’re new to barbell training, looking to learn how to lift, or just looking to get your form checked, we have the perfect program for you! During your session, you’ll be guided through the basics of squat, deadlift, and press by Coach John. At the conclusion of the intro, we’ll talk about programming, nutrition, program membership options, and more. We’ll give you everything you need to step up your lifting game!

Strength is the most important aspect of ones physical interaction with their daily environment. At Kinetic Strength we train the barbell exercises in a systematic, programmed fashion to make your entire body stronger. Our program will make every physical activity you do stronger and is GUARENTEED to work. We have individual coaching to help you every step of the way starting at $29 per session billed monthly.

Whether it is your first time lifting weights, or if you are a seasoned athlete, we can help you safely perform your exercises and make progress.

The Kinetic Strength program, as defined and administered by Coach John, is having a life changing effect on me. In less than 6 months time, I became the strongest I’ve been in my 71 year life


. I would have never believed that I could be building muscle, getting stronger and feeling so much better at this age. My clothes are fitting better. My posture is much improved. My leg, shoulder and back muscles are larger, stronger, and more toned. I just look and feel so much better, and It’s noticeable. While looks are important, it’s not what I’m really after - this program is doing much more for me - it is providing me the strength and knowledge to best prepare my body for lasting health and happiness as I age - and that’s what is most IMPORTANT to me.

When first considering this program, I had serious concerns as to whether I could truly do it. I’m 71 years old. I’ve never played organized sports nor participated in a true physical fitness program. I had never lifted free weights. I’ve had a total knee replacement in both knees. I’ve had my right shoulder reconstructed. I also frequently experience lower back pain due to degenerative disc issues. Even with all these challenges, I quickly found the answer to be “yes”, I can do it (this program) - BUT, only with the experience and guidance of a professional coach/trainer.

While the program seems simple - involving only a couple of lifts. It’s NOT (simple)!

There is so much more to this program than just lifting weights. Analyzing challenges and abilities, determining best program components and approaches, teaching proper lift techniques, determining when to increase or decrease weight amounts, making necessary adjustments to my program based on performance, and just providing instruction, encouragement and support throughout each session are absolutely critical for success. These are just some of the tasks required and can only be provided by a qualified coach/trainer.

As an example to the importance of these tasks, I quickly learned the difficulty of lifting with poor technique, plus the harm it can cause. Learning proper technique for each lift is an evolution. It takes time and requires careful and expert guidance. Even after 6 months, I’m still learning and refining my technique with each lift and repetition, especially as the weights increase.

In closing, I want to re-emphasize that this program is a team effort - between a person who wants to improve their life by building strength AND a coach/trainer who has the experience and knowledge of Strength Training.

Coach John has extensive knowledge of strength training and the workings of the human body. In addition to this knowledge, he has a huge passion for teaching, motivating, and helping people.. I can’t imagine a better Coach/Trainer and team to build Strength than Kinetic Strength.
